Read the rating label, follow the supplied instructions, and contact Ironize if anything is unclear. Do not connect a unit that does not match the electrical supply at the intended location.

Match the product rating label

The product rating label must match the electrical supply at the intended location. If it does not match, do not connect the unit.

Do not substitute another configuration

Electrical configurations are not interchangeable. Use only the exact configuration documented for the intended location and supplied unit. If the unit label and the order record do not agree, keep the unit disconnected and contact us.

If the label does not match, stop

Do not attempt a workaround. Contact the seller with the exact wording printed on the label and follow the instructions in the manual supplied with the unit.

The rating label is the authority

Check the label on the unit itself. Listing copy can be stale or copied between revisions. If the label and the listing disagree, trust the label and contact the seller before use.

Do not plug it in. Contact us with the exact wording printed on the rating label and we will arrange the correct resolution under our return terms.

Can I use a voltage converter or adapter?

We do not recommend it and we make no claim that any converter or adapter makes a mismatched unit suitable. We are not in a position to assess third-party electrical accessories. Use a unit whose label matches your supply.

What is the wattage?

Check wattage on the product rating label before use. Do not rely on competitor or marketplace figures.

What plug type is supplied?

We do not publish a plug or NEMA type yet, for the same reason.

Is it ETL, UL, or CE certified?

Ironize makes no certification claim. Any mark on a physical unit or its packaging is the manufacturer's, stated on the unit itself.
