What exactly is included?

Package contents are listed with the product configuration. Contact Ironize before ordering if you have a question about an included item.

Does it use steam?

Ironize makes no steam claim. Do not add water or use the unit as a steamer unless the supplied manual explicitly instructs you to. Any visual haze in product imagery is a graphic effect and establishes no steam function.

Which garments can I use it on?

Follow each garment's care label and the instructions supplied with your unit. We do not publish a fabric-suitability list, and you should not assume every fabric, size, garment type, or starting condition is supported.

How do I check it is safe for my outlet?

The product rating label must match the electrical supply at the intended location. If it does not match, do not connect the unit.

What are the delivery and return terms?

Delivery timing, shipping cost, and return terms are stated in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, and the total is shown at checkout before you pay.

How is payment handled?

Cart and checkout are operated by Shopify. Card details are handled by Shopify's checkout and do not pass through our own servers.
